The Novelis Global Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning & Development Intern. The person in this role will report to the Technical Learning & Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for support global learning team as we conduct the develop of technical programs with the design of training materials, documents, and templates to support technical development in Novelis. This position will help in creating ILT (instructor-led training) and VILT (virtual instructor-led training) materials and eLearning’s using authoring software that will help in building the Novelis Corporate University Manufacturing & Technology Center.
Responsibilities:
- Support Novelis University courses creation for School of Manufacturing & Technology content for learning platform by working with Subject Matter Experts in Manufacturing.
- Design of ILT (instructor-led training) and VILT (virtual instructor-led training) materials and eLearning’s using authoring software
- Working with Subject Matter Experts to create storyboards and convert curriculum into eLearning content
- Use Articulate360 and other instructional design tools to create learning assets and courses
- Incorporate Instructional Design standards and suggest improvements wherever required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Instructional Design/Instructional Technology/Learning Technologies with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Storyboarding and eLearning creation
- Learning authoring tools knowledge (Easygenerator, Vyond, Articulate, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in Learning & Development processes, learning interventions and training materials creation and learning and instructional design text
- Cornerstone (or other Learning Management System) knowledge experience
