Individual appointments (or attending a required event) to request funding is a required step in the process.
Please note that we cannot issue any reimbursements.
Note: Internship Funding has separate steps and deadlines.
Important Funding Dates and Deadlines for Spring 2025:
To ensure a smooth process for funding requests, please take note of the following critical dates:
- March 14: Start date to submit relocation funding requests.
- March 21: Deadline to request travel funding (4 weeks before the funding deadline).
- April 16: Final day to meet with Kate Poltoratska for funding requests other than relocation funding.
- April 17: Deadline for submitting all funding receipts. Failure to submit receipts by this date will result in a charge to your student account.
- May 2: Last opportunity to meet with Kate Poltoratska for relocation funding requests.
Please plan accordingly and reach out with any questions or concerns ahead of these deadlines.
