To be eligible for any career development funding, you must be a junior or a senior by credits and be in good standing. Individual appointments (or attending a mandatory event) are required to request funding.
❗Note: Internship Funding has separate steps and deadlines.
Important Funding Dates and Deadlines for Fall 2025:

- August 20: Start date to submit funding requests.
- October 23: Deadline to request travel funding (4 weeks before the funding deadline) and meet with Kate Poltoratska.
- November 19: Final day to meet with Kate Poltoratska for ANY funding requests (except relocation funding)
- November 20: Deadline for submitting all funding receipts. Failure to submit receipts by this date will result in a charge to your student account.
- December 4: Last opportunity to meet with Kate Poltoratska for relocation funding requests for December grads.
Please note that we cannot issue any reimbursements.
