Applications for Spring travel funding are accepted January 7th through March 21st, 2025, or until funds are depleted. Due to limited funding, support is provided on a first-come, first served basis. Our office does not provide funding for summer travel.
Students interested in travel funding for a job interview opportunity, graduate school visit, or conference attendance must meet with Kate Poltoratska, Career Development Associate by scheduling an appointment on Handshake at least 6 weeks before the travel date and filling out appropriate documentation on Funding Moodle course.
NOTE: To be eligible to receive travel funding from our office, students must have been officially invited to interview for a full-time position, formally present at a conference, or tour their prospective graduate school program.
