Applications for Relocation funding for December graduates are accepted August 20th through December 4th, 2025.
Relocation funding of $1,000 is available to graduating seniors who have secured full-time positions in career-related fields, in graduate school programs, or official gap experiences.
Seniors interested in relocation funding must meet with Kate Poltoratska, Career Development Associate, by scheduling an appointment on Handshake and follow the steps below to access the Relocation Funding form and submit all required documentation prior to the appointment:
- Once your appointment request is approved, you will receive instructions for your next steps.
- You will be added to a Moodle page, where you will find the Relocation Funding form.
- Once your form is completed, upload it to the Relocation section of the Funding Moodle page along with the following required documents:
- Confirmation of your acceptance of a full-time job offer OR enrollment in a full-time graduate program OR participation agreement for an official gap experience. The employment offer must be a full-time position related to your intended career path. Gap experience must be full-time through an official program/organization.
- Documentation of your anticipated start date (expected to be within 3 months following graduation)
- You must show an affirmative reply to the offer (e.g., signed contract, offer letter, or confirmation email)
Incomplete applications or discrepancies on uploaded documentation may be ruled ineligible to receive the relocation grant.
