Lexington interns touch base and enjoy dinner at The Goose Lexington

Internship Director Esther Livingston met with Lexington-area interns on Sunday evening, June 19th, for a group check-in dinner on the patio at The Goose in Lexington. The first check-in dinner able to be scheduled since the pandemic began, the students were able to talk with her about how their internships are going so far, ask questions, and learn more about others’ experiences. In Lexington, our interns are making an impact #beyondberea at organizations across multiple industries and career communities including Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, UK Healthcare, UK Extension (4-H), UK Opera Theatre, the Community & Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky (CEDIK), the Ridge Behavioral Health System, The Living Arts and Science Center, Lexington Pride Center, Markey Cancer Center, Balance Creative, Amazon,  Kohl’s, Enterprise, the Kentucky Youth Law Project, Hera BioLabs, and more.
