Internship Agreement (Summer 2026)

This link expired at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 13th. No additional Internship Agreements for Summer 2026 will be accepted and processed for Internship Prep Course enrollments after this time. Students currently enrolled in the Prep Course will then have until Sunday, February 15th at 11:59 pm (firm) to successfully complete the course for eligibility to participate in an internship.

Watch this video, and then complete the Agreement in DocuSign. 

The purpose of the agreement is to clearly identify responsibilities and expectations of Berea College and the student intern as they relate to the internship experience. A completed Internship Agreement is required as part of the Steps for Planning & Participating in an Internship for Academic Credit.
