We are seeking a real estate Acquisitions team member at The Buyer Warehouse.
We have open positions for Real Estate Jr Acquisition Manager and Sr Acquisition Manager!
This includes analyzing property data, coordinating property inspections, preparing contracts, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in real estate operations. Having Social Skills over the phone is PRIORITY.
Hours of operation are 9AM- 5PM. Get one hour break from 12PM-1PM. This is a fixed salary rate but we give out commission and bonuses based on performance and properties acquired! This is not a job this is a career. We are not seeking someone with experience. We will provide all the training you will need to be successful. You are able to move up the ladder this company.
Responsibilities:
– Follow up on leads and filtering leads from Sellers
– Speaking to Sellers who are already interested in selling their home
– Negotiating an all cash offer sale with property owners
– Sending out PSA and organizing leads inside CRM
Required skills:
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in real estate operations
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
– Must have laptop/desktop
– Must have noise cancelation headset with built in microphone
– Must have a car to be able to attend appointments
