What You’ll Do:

  • Teach the next generation of coders, game designers, and robotics professionals
  • Use your skills to deliver curriculum to classes of 8-12 students
  • Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities
  • Ensure all students meet curriculum goals while having an unforgettable experience
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to create the ultimate iD Tech experience

You’re Perfect for This Role If You Have:

  • Skills in robotics, coding, or game design
  • A background in working with kids and teens (camp experience is a plus.)
  • Strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities
  • Flexibility, energy, and a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Experience in robotics, game design, programming, or digital art
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel up to 1 mile on campus
  • Completion of all required training and paperwork

Some locations are salaried, exact pay for your position and location will be discussed in the interview.

The pay for this position varies by work location and program division:

  • California: $18.25-19.25/hr
  • Denver, CO: $19.50/hr
  • Ft Collins, CO: $16/hr
  • Washington DC: $18/hr
  • Illinois: $16.75/hr
  • Maryland: $725/week
  • Massachusetts: $725/week
  • Minnesota: $16/hr
  • New Jersey: $16/hr
  • New York: $17/hr
  • Ohio: $725/week
  • Seattle: $21.50/hr for day staff, $1,200/week for staff working overnight schedule
  • Bellevue, WA: $17.25/hr
  • Other locations: To be discussed in interview

This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits. such as paid sick leave, as required by state or local law.
Hiring begins 10/22/25 and continues through approximately 5/15/26. The number of available positions diminishes further into our hiring season.
