POSITION RESPONSIBILITES
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a SEO marketing intern, you will assist in promoting our brand, telling our story, and engaging with our audience. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will enhance your skills and help you gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, website, email, etc.).
- Help create content that tells the story of us, reflecting our values of transparency and hard work.
- Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engagement with followers.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, including blog posts, videos, and newsletters.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and assist in reporting on key metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of events or outreach programs to grow brand awareness.
- Assist in optimizing on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headers, and content.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic search terms relevant to Carbon Global’s services.
- Help optimize website content and blog posts to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist with the creation of SEO reports and analyze web traffic using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Support link-building efforts by researching and identifying opportunities for backlinks.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content.
- Track SEO performance and assist with monthly reporting on key metrics and growth areas.
- Collaborate on content creation, ensuring content is SEO-optimized while reflecting on our core values of transparency and hard work.

On-site Supervision and Support
Our internships include 24/7 on-site staff to support students working and living abroad. All students will also report to a supervisor at their internship site. Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance.
Academic Credit
Students on an internship have the opportunity to enroll in their home university for credit, or enroll in a course through API to transfer back to their university for credit. Email support-internships@apiexperience.com for more information and a syllabus.
