The Internship Fair is Friday, October 28: Who’s Coming, What to Expect, & How to Prepare

Friday, Oct. 28, 11:30-1:30, Boone Tavern Event Center
Due to crowds, this event will require masks.

Students who have pre-registered before the day of the fair will have a Panera Box Lunch available for pick-up after speaking with employers. Students may arrive/leave as their schedules allow during the event time.

What to Expect:
Recruiters will talk with students on an individual basis about their organizations, the internships they have to offer, and how to apply.

What to Do/Bring:

Seek out employers that are doing work aligned with your career plans and interests and introduce yourself (here’s an article on how to create an elevator pitch)!
Bring multiple copies of your resume IF it has been reviewed.

Attire: Business Casual (No jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or sweats). The focus should be on you, so it’s recommended to stick to neutral colors, simple accessories, and make sure your clothes are wrinkle-free.
