Megan Meadors and Fig Vance are interning this summer with the University of Kentucky’s (UK) Opera Theatre program. This has been Megan’s second and Fig’s first summer interning with Dr. Everett McCorvey, Director of Opera Theatre. On Friday night, Internship Staff Esther, Sara, and Nicole got the opportunity to see the show, “It’s a Grand Night for Singing,” supported in part by backstage management from Megan and Fig.
“It’s been awesome so far,” said Megan. “We’ve gotten to do so many things and meet so many people. We both think this will be super beneficial as we move towards our careers!”
We are so excited for Megan and Fig as they continue with the rest of their summer internship!
